Role Overview
McElhanney’s Human Resources team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for an 18-month contract. Reporting to and under the direction of the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor, the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for salary and hourly employees, adhering to provincial and federal legislation and company policies. This role is also responsible for responding to inquiries regarding payroll and benefits-related matters. Passionate about supporting employees, the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator handles tasks proactively, manages priorities, and excels as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be based in Vancouver, BC, in a hybrid work arrangement to start, and further office requirements to be reviewed.

The salary range for this position is $48,000-$60,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications.
