Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in various payroll systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and finance departments by ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Duties

  1. Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  2. Perform data entry tasks related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits into the payroll system.
  3. Analyze payroll reports for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
  4. Collaborate with the accounting department on accounts payable functions related to payroll expenses.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while adhering to company policies.
  6. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports as needed.
  7. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes.
  2. Proficiency in ADP.
  3. Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to analyze data effectively and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  7. Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
