Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates and other products according to Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing methods.
Prepare various types of friable, leavened and kneaded doughs.
Bake, assemble and decorate cakes and entremets.
Ensure rotation of raw material stocks.
Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson.
Requirements:
DEP in pastry-making minimum.
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position - Mandatory.
Mastery of pastry-making techniques.
Methodical, flexible, focused on product quality, results and teamwork.
Speed of execution.
Strong organizational skills.
