Job Summary: The Parts and Service Advisor will serve as a crucial point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and service solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert recommendations, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth workflow between the service department and parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
2. Provide expert advice on parts and services, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their vehicles.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
4. Process service orders, ensuring accuracy in parts ordering and service scheduling.
5. Communicate with the service department to coordinate repairs and parts availability.
6. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering parts as necessary.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive education or certifications preferred.
2. Previous experience in automotive service advising or parts sales is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in using computer systems and automotive software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
