What you will do:

  1. Build and maintain professional relationships with our suppliers.
  2. Work cohesively with other dealership departments.
  3. Oversee inventory management ordering and receiving.
  4. Manage and assist your team to provide our customers and technicians with quotes and orders.
  5. Look up parts on various online catalogs for a wide variety of vehicles.
  6. Source and invoice parts.
  7. Hire, train, and maintain department staff.

For this role, come equipped with:

  1. A high attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  2. The ability to learn new systems and processes.
  3. The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision.
  4. Strong leadership skills and strong attendance record.
  5. Knowledge of automotive fundamentals.
  6. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  7. Excellent customer service skills.
