Secoda makes the experience of exploring and using data as intuitive, fast, and useful as using Google Search. Secoda is looking to grow our Partnerships function. This role will be instrumental in building and growing partner relationships within the modern data stack.

What you will be doing:

  1. Identify organizations that Secoda should partner with and build relationships with them.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with data stack partners.
  3. Create strong relationships with partners and the sales team to drive more partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  4. Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive channel referral growth.
  6. Drive partner onboarding and enablement.
  7. Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership engagements.
  8. Analyze industry trends and partner feedback to contribute to product development and positioning.
  9. Represent and advocate on behalf of Secoda at industry events and conferences.

Who you are:

  1. Proven experience in growth / partnerships / business development in the Modern Data Stack (MDS) and proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy.
  2. Understanding of integration partnership dynamics.
  3. Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch and manage strategic partnerships.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and polished communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, generate pipeline and execute on co-marketing initiatives.
  6. Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales and partnering skills.
  7. Strong analytical and project management skills.

Office Policy:

While we welcome remote work, we believe time together in person is valuable and important. We offer ample opportunities and encourage employees to attend team offsites and events (happy hours and game nights) as well as a yearly 4-day retreat. Our office in Liberty Village is open all week. Although not mandatory, we encourage Tuesdays and Thursdays as office days and provide lunch for our team every other Friday.
