About the role and the Partnerships team

As a Partnerships Manager, you'll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building and nurturing our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor's revenue growth on a global level.

We are focusing heavily on launching North America and we are looking to hire our first dedicated Partnerships Manager for Canada. We have a couple of partners in the region, but in terms of Partnerships, it is a blank canvas. We are looking for an experienced partnerships or sales-oriented profile to come in and build out our partner ecosystem in Canada from scratch. To succeed in this role, building something new in a new territory does not scare but excite you. The initial 6-12 months will be heavily focused on mapping out who to partner with, outreach, onboarding, and activation. The ongoing mission will then be to ensure we keep partners active over time and keep growing revenue contribution coming from partners. You will be working towards a revenue and lead generation goal; having a commercial mindset and the drive to work towards target attainment will be crucial in this role.

You'll be a part of the Partnerships Team. We are a growing global team with team members all over the world. You'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team. You will also work very closely with the regional teams in the NA region. You will be expected to work from our Toronto office at least 2-3 days/week.

We are going to be off enjoying the Holiday season; application review will start January 7th, 2025.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and nurture a strong revenue-generating portfolio of partners.
  • Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations.
  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships in Canada.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service.
  • Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region.

What we offer you:

  • The opportunity to represent the market's leading employer branding and recruitment platform.
  • A fixed salary and a very generous bonus structure with no caps that reward people who are motivated and perform well.
  • Development opportunities in a fast-growing environment, continuous training, and support.
  • Paid holidays (PTO) and the chance to attend our yearly 3-day company trip to a secret summer destination, all covered by us.
  • Tons of team events, celebrations, weekly competitions, rewards, and Pizza Friday for those who like challenges.

We see that you have:

  • A successful track record from working with both sales and partnership programs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for consultative sales, marketing, and business development, with a firm knowledge and understanding of business operations.
  • Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed orientation.
  • Well-articulated and a passionate communicator who's fluent in English and Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.

Your personality, passion, and hunger to learn and develop are the most important things to us. As a part of the team, you will get the chance to develop your skills together with the help of your colleagues. By having the right attitude and mindset, you'll thrive upon greatness and create success together with your team.

If this sounds like you, then you know what to do.
