Role: The Partner Marketing Specialist reports to Demand Generation Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for growing existing partnerships with our strategic partners and coordinating and implementing co-marketing initiatives with these partners. Co-marketing initiatives include but are not limited to lunch and learn product demonstrations via video conferences, attending partner led events, creating emails or content for partners to share with their user base, promoting Equisoft within the partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on the phone with executive level partners, well organized, and confident to sell Equisoft at a high level to our partners.

Your Day with Equisoft:

  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and budget holders with partners across Canada, delivering exceptional account service and understanding of needs and objectives
  • Ensure value, growth, and coexistence for Equisoft partners in the long-term
  • Collaborate with various Equisoft departments (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure internal alignment and exceptional delivery of partner expectations and experience
  • Accountable for identifying partnership growth and retention opportunities based upon a close understanding of partner needs and objectives, leading to incremental revenue and partnership security across existing partners
  • Accountable for identifying net new partnership opportunities (or evolutions) based upon insights and requests from partner relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, account or partner management, or equivalent.
  • English & French (spoken and written)
  • Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
  • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline

Nice to Haves:

  • Comfortable attending and participating at conferences, round tables, and more.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hubspot or other CRM system for managing day to day tasks
