Job Description:
Note: These are part-time positions (up to 24 hours per week) starting May 2025 and ending August 2025.
Duties:
The incumbents will assist students and support faculty in various Veterinary Technology Assistant (VTA) laboratory classes within the program at the London campus and Humane Society. Veterinary Technologists play an integral role in the operations of the Animal Health program at Fanshawe College, managing tasks related to the program’s laboratory environment and addressing educational needs as directed by the faculty to ensure students' success.
In this role, the Part-time Veterinary Technologist will support faculty and students in program laboratories by reinforcing students’ learning, maintaining health and safety in the labs, overseeing procedures, and assisting with lab set-up and tear-down.
