Based out of North Battleford, but is responsible to travel within our district.

Kaschls’ Culligan was initially established in 1995 as Lloydminster Water World by Karl and Patty Kaschl. Robbie and Dawn Kaschl then purchased the company and the local Culligan making us a second-generation water company. Recently Shawn and Lindsey Kaschl bought in to the family business that together we continued to build on family values. Ever growing we have since expanded by opening branches in North Battleford and Bonnyville. The Part-Time Summer Delivery Driver & Shop Labourer will be responsible for delivering our 5 gallon bottles of top quality Culligan water within our district, sticking mainly to the Battlefords areas. A 5 ton company truck will be provided for the deliveries. Keeping the shop clean and well organized, bottling water with our automated bottling machine and helping to load and unload delivery trucks with a pallet jack or forklift. Some general office work such as filing may also be included.

Our Purpose:

As we prepare for our busy summer season, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a part-time basis (three to four days per week, preferably Tuesday to Thursday or Friday).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Age: Must be at least 15 years old
Licensing: A valid class 5 driver’s license with clean driver's abstract
Criminal Record: RCMP Background check must be supplied
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Works well with others, follows directions, and maintains a positive attitude.
Time Management: Able to stay on task and complete duties within designated timelines.
Attention to Detail: Ensures cleanliness and organization in the shop and while handling water products.
Safety Awareness: Follows all workplace safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day Monday to Friday throughout the summer season (end of June to end of August).
