The Details:

This is a part-time position servicing our customer's stores during the daytime. The hours will range from 16-32 per week with potential for up to 40 hours a week during our peak seasons.

Wage: $17.60/hr + $0.62/km

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shifts: Days

Hours: 16-32 hours/week

Responsibilities

1. Elevate the shopping experience by consistently maintaining well-stocked and appealing product displays throughout the store.
2. Showcase your creativity by designing, altering, or removing product displays while adhering to company standards.
3. Uphold the highest standards of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom management and safety practices.
4. Efficiently organize product stock, monitor inventory levels, and address damaged items.
5. Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and orderly work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
6. Cultivate positive and professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
7. Regularly lift, carry, and position products (weighing up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height independently.
8. Exhibit flexibility by kneeling, squatting, and reaching above your head with ease.
9. Efficiently push and pull manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand-trucks) containing product loads for at least 100 yards.
10. Be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred.
