We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people to join our team!
As a member of our Customer Service Team you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers. You will learn loads of product knowledge and be able to advise our customers on our products and packages. You will be answering their phone calls, making bookings, responding to their emails, etc. You'll be based in our head office which is attached to our Edmonton location.
You'll need excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as the ability to multi-task and deal with many balls in the air. Attention to detail is essential. We don’t believe in micro-managing, so you’ll need to be a self-starter.
Because we’re in the business of fun, the vast majority of interactions with customers are relaxed, friendly and relatively easy. There’s no hard selling or constant complaints here thankfully!

Additional Requirements
Please include something in the email too. Don't just send us an email saying "here's my resume". This is a very communication-heavy role, so if you send us a generic email that you send to everyone else, that probably won't look good. Tell us a little about yourself. Tell us a little about what you're looking for (hours, availability, etc). Tell us why you'd be awesome at this job.
Also, tell us if you're a dog or cat person (this is to see who reads everything). If you can't do these simple things, you're not good at following directions, and that's a problem...
We genuinely look forward to hearing from you!
