Our client is searching for a PART TIME Bilingual Customer Service Rep with skills in French and English to join their team! This PART-TIME role offers an opportunity to work with an established and busy company in office in Oakville.

Responsibilities:

• Provide written and spoken customer service in both French and English.
• Some office management tasks including ordering office items
• Generate reports in Excel
• Organize weekly shipments
• Sort mail and send to 3rd Party
• Answer calls and emails

Requirements:

• MUST BE Bilingual in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
• Able to write and speak in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
• Experience with customer service and administration required
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong organization
• Able to work in office daily in Oakville
