Painter / Laborer

Hello, we are hiring for the start May 2023.

Our summer painting business is currently seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills.

As a painter, you will be responsible for various projects at multiple job sites throughout the summer.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

1. A mode of transportation to travel between job sites
2. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
3. A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
4. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
5. A desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges
6. Works well in a team environment
7. Must be at least 17 years old

We also have specific job positions of Interior and Exterior Painters.

For Interior painters, the main responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with clients and ensuring satisfaction
2. Preparing surfaces by cleaning, filling, and smoothing them
3. Applying paint, varnish, stain or other coatings using brushes and rollers
4. Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required
5. Maintaining a clean and organized work area

For Exterior Painters, the main responsibilities include:

1. Preparing surfaces by cleaning, filling, and smoothing them
2. Applying paint, varnish, stain or other coatings using brushes and rollers
3. Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required
4. Maintaining a clean and organized work area
5. Working on ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas

We offer competitive pay with rates starting at $16.00-$25 an hour, and a fun and supportive work environment.
