1 POSITION – PAINTER ($34.10 Per/hour), PERMANENT, FULL-TIME (30-40 Hours/week), REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR Quality General Contracting Inc.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to 1 year

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Specific Skills:

1. Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, fences, railings, and gates.
2. Prepare walls/other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint.
3. Perform expertise in color mixing, masking, taping, priming, and finishing.
4. Mix Paint and other materials as per specifications provided by manufacturer to prepare the appropriate color or texture or other materials.
5. Apply paints, oil, fiberglass, spray paints and more.
6. Cut and apply wallpapers, varnish, and other finishes.
7. Prepare the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes.
8. Order materials, supplies and equipment needed for job.
9. Clean up work area at the end of each day and upon project completion.
10. Examine the area to be painted, calculate cost, and prepare estimates to clients and recommend the selection of colors.
11. Follow health and safety standards and policies.
