We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our Production Team as a Packaging Technician & Delivery Driver. This role is a crucial part of ensuring our beer reaches our customers fresh, cold, and ready to enjoy!
About The Job
We are hiring for aseasonal positionwith start date thisspring/summer.
As aPackaging Technician & Delivery Driver, you’ll split your time between the brewery and the road. In the brewery, you’ll assist in packaging beer, maintaining quality standards, and keeping things running smoothly. On the road, you’ll deliver kegs and cans to bars, restaurants, and retail locations, acting as an ambassador for Trestle Brewing Company.
This is a hands-on role that requiresattention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to lift heavy loads.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Packaging & Production
- Operating and maintaining canning, kegging, and packaging equipment
- Ensuring consistent quality control throughout the packaging process
- Cleaning and sanitizing kegs, tanks, and packaging equipment
- Organizing and managing packaged inventory for freshness and rotation
- Assisting in general brewery cleaning and maintenance
Delivery & Logistics
- Safely loading and delivering beer to wholesale accounts
- Organizing delivery routes efficiently for timely distribution
- Ensuring all invoices and delivery records are accurately completed
- Representing Trestle Brewing professionally at all customer locations
- Assisting with wholesale order fulfillment and inventory management
Your responsibilities may also include:
- Assisting at off-site events and festivals
- Providing support in the Taproom & Retail Store as needed
- Helping with special projects and general brewery operations
Qualifications
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift and move heavy kegs safely
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule, primarily Monday-Friday, but including some weekends and holidays
- Prior delivery, warehouse, or packaging experience is an asset
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
