In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead the functional aspects of Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM functional designs.
• Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle SCM modules such as Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
• Facilitate client training sessions on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and configuration to meet client requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients, implementation teams, and Oracle product development teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle SCM product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the development of solutions, methodologies, and best practices within the SCM consulting practice.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud and/or on-premises modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP implementations, preferably in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel as needed, based on project requirements.
• Professional certifications in Oracle SCM or related fields are a plus.
