As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for new business development, targeting medium to large companies. You will sell custom label printing, flexible packaging, and other premium solutions to clients in various industries, focusing on quality and value rather than price competition. This is a remote-first role with flexibility, reporting to the VP of Sales. The base salary is from $75,000 to $125,000 plus commission.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary:
- No Print related experience: $70,000 - $75,000
- With industry experience (based on experience): $90,000 - $120,000
On-Target Earnings (First Year):
- No industry experience: $100,000 - $125,000
- With industry experience: $125,500 - $150,000
- Commissions on top of the base salary
- Car Allowance: Reimbursement for client visits

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Head Office: Etobicoke, ON
- Work Model: Primarily hybrid to remote, with occasional in-office visits for meetings and training
- Sales Territory: Primarily covers Ontario.
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in labels, printing, or related industries
- Experience in label printing, flexible packaging, or commercial printing is an asset, but candidates from adjacent industries (e.g., equipment sales, general printing) may also be considered

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:
- Sales Cycle: 1-6 months, depending on the client and order size
- Deal Size: $250,000 - $1,000,000 annually
- Sales Process: Typically involves 4-6 sales calls/meetings before closing

- Rare and only occasional (maybe once per year)
SUPPORT & TRAINING:
- Sales Training: 2-3 months of mentorship and hands-on learning
- Technical Training: Product and technology training (2-3 weeks)
- Ongoing Support: Daily communication with leadership, flexible guidance structure
