Location: Head Office, Grande Prairie, AB

Salary: Base + Commission

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of industrial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the civil, environmental, forestry, mining, oil & gas, and the pipeline sectors.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial supply or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of products used in civil, environmental, forestry, mining, oil & gas, and the pipeline sectors.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  5. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
