We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is primarily focused on outside sales, with some inside sales responsibilities as required.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships through regular in-person visits and responsive service. You’ll work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
2. Identify sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries
3. Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups
4. Collaborate with inside sales and operations to support service and delivery
5. Maintain accurate customer records using ERP and CRM systems
6. Monitor local market activity and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong relationship-building and customer service mindset
3. Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
4. Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
5. Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
6. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
7. Previous sales experience preferred — especially in steel, construction, or industrial supply
