Job Summary
As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for selling our solar energy solutions door-to-door in your designated territory. You'll work independently, but be part of a supportive team that provides training, guidance, and resources to help you succeed. Our 100% commission-based structure means your earnings are directly tied to your performance, and we offer incentives and bonuses to top performers.

Responsibilities

  • Set appointments for our solar energy solutions door-to-door in your designated territory
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide specific details to build a custom residential solar project
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and drive sales growth

Requirements

  • 100% commission-based sales experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
