Pristine Labour is a temporary staffing agency specializing in Construction.
This role requires the successful candidate to travel around the Greater Vancouver area visiting current and potential job sites and clients. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean record is required.
Position Objective
The primary objective of this position is to assist with the growth of the business through sales and business development and assisting with the dispatch of workers to achieve this objective.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Site Foremen, Safety Advisors, and Site Superintendents to assess daily staffing needs.
- Coordinate daily worker dispatch with the Operations Team.
- Review and update the Available List.
- Assess and manage the Site Distribution List.
- Communicate with employees and clients via email or phone as needed.
- Work with the Operations Coordinator to reassign labor as necessary.
- Provide regular placement updates to the office.
- Offer directions to employees via phone or email.
- Transport employees to job sites when required.
- Conduct regular job site visits.
- Ensure employees comply with professional and Worksafe BC safety standards during every site visit.
- Enforce safety policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Business Development
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Superintendents, Foremen, and CSOs by following up on new accounts.
- Accurately enter client site details into databases and set follow-up reminders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in computer applications and technology.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to navigate using Google Maps.
- Familiarity with the geographical layout of Downtown and Greater Vancouver.
- Knowledge of local transit systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized, personable, and motivated by engaging with people.
- Experience supervising employees.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients to support business growth.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 6.00am to 2.30pm
Alternate Saturday: 6.00am to 9.00am
