SALES MANAGER- FEED AND INGREDIENTS
Grasslands Recruitment Specialists is recruiting a full-time Sales Manager- Feed and Ingredients. This hybrid position is based out of a company office in SW Ontario and will involve periodic travel across Canada. The essential function of the role is to oversee and coach the sales team to achieve new heights. As a key leader within the organization, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
This position is an addition to the company’s Canadian team and will enhance their existing presence across all species groups, by focusing on further developing market share for their ever-expanding product portfolio and providing leadership for the sales team.

This Sales Manager- Feed and Ingredients earns a base salary of $100,000-$125,000 / year DOE, plus un-capped variable opportunity based on individual and sales team performance and profitability. The essential function of the role is to oversee and coach the sales team to achieve new heights. Some overnight travel is required, approximately 25-35% annually. This position reports to the Operations Manager, who in turn reports to the owner.
