Description:
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Surgery Program invites applications for an Orthopaedic Surgeon commencing July 1, 2025 or sooner. The position encompasses inpatient and ambulatory patient care responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates with primary and revision arthroplasty sub-specialty training. Operative resources will be primarily at the Grace General Hospital. The Surgeon is expected to participate in Orthopaedic Quality and Standards as organized by the Section of Orthopedics. Remuneration will be derived from Fee for Service income.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have specialty qualifications in Orthopaedic Surgery in the country of current practice and must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is preferred.

Compensation:
Compensation is derived from fee for service income. Physicians may be eligible to receive a recruitment incentive. Please check with physicianrecruitment@wrha.mb.ca for further information.
