Smile Big Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice in St. Albert, AB.

We are seeking someone to cover a parental leave for approximately 12-18 months, with the potential for continued employment.

Your Impact as Orthodontic Assistant

In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the patient experience through outstanding customer service skills.
• Taking intra-oral records including radiographs and iTero scans.
• Providing excellent clinical assisting skills.
• Providing oral health education to our patients and families.
• Performing other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

About You

• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality with a passion and energy for exceptional customer service.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience working as a Registered Dental Assistant (orthodontics preferred).
• Completion of Ortho Module.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems (Dolphin) is an asset.
