Service delivery is focused in five main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Mobile Solutions, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.


ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Organizational Change Manager and Training Resource for immediate opportunities. This is for a one year term and the role is hybrid in Calgary.


ROLE: Organizational Change Manager and Training Resource


The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:


MANDATORY:

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Prosci Change Manager Certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Certifications in CRM systems or training design considered an asset
  • 5+ Years of experience in OCM and training roles
  • Higher education or service-oriented organizations considered a strong asset
  • Hands-on experience supporting at least ONE transformational project involving CRM/ERP initiative
  • Proven ability to navigate resistance and build in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in established OCM frameworks (for e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's Change Model)
  • Strong facilitation, communication skills, and empathy to manage stakeholder concerns
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including both in-person and digital learning formats
  • Familiarity with CRM systems/ERP systems or other significant enterprise initiatives and their role in service delivery models
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills to address complex organizational changes

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
