Agilus is recruiting for an Organizational Change Manager in the Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta. The OCM will collaborate with the Vice Presidents and business leaders of the Supply and Trading organization to offer change management expertise and assistance for the strategic initiative.

A typical day:

• Facilitate the examination and documentation of the effects of changes on roles, processes, and organizational frameworks resulting from the execution of the optimization program.
• Organizing the implementation of workforce transition plans.
• Ensure employees readily adopt new processes, systems, or cultural shifts.
• Encourage the adoption of best practices in change management and foster effective change leadership behaviors.
• Design comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management tactics to address potential challenges.
• Evaluates the impact of change on different departments and employees.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.

Must have:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or HR Business Partnership.
• Must have hydrocarbon value chain experience or similar experience. A comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and trading operations, coupled with a proven track record of driving transformation within these areas.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective change strategies within a multifaceted and global organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related discipline + Prosci or similar change management certification.
• Excellent project management and planning abilities. PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with change management in an ERP or trading system implementation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, presentation skills. Knowledge of oil and gas market dynamics and regulatory landscape.

Total rewards:
