Our Client is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of change management strategies and deliver training programs for a new system adoption. The Change Manager will collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders in designing and implementing effective strategies to manage change, creating and executing training materials, and ensuring successful delivery of training to all relevant stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing communications and engagement activities to foster buy-in from all stakeholders.
Resource will work remotely, but an on-site presence will be required for strategic meetings, team discussions, consultative meetings, and training sessions. The project team is located in Edmonton, and training will be conducted in both Edmonton and Calgary. Standard hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 MST. Work must be done from within Canada due to network and data security issues. Resource is responsible for travel to on-site meetings. Must be a Canadian Citizen to apply.
