Order Desk and Receptionist – Food Industry

Position: Order Desk and Receptionist.

Location: Toronto, ON.

Salary: $50,000 per year.

Industry: Manufacturing / Food / CPG.

Employment Term: Full Time/Permanent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. General Order entry duties, obtain orders from email, messages, fax machine and phone calls.
2. Enter all orders into the in-house system ERP.
3. Communicate with customers and address their needs in a highly professional manner.
4. General receptionist duties, such as receiving and distributing mail, forwarding calls, among others.
5. Assist team with other tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Post-Secondary degree or diploma an asset.
2. 1 - 3 years related order desk and receptionist experience.
3. Experience in working in a bakery/food an asset, CPG experience preferred.
4. Proficient PC skills including, Excel and Outlook.
5. Experience in handling confidential paperwork and proper documentation.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
