Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with Oracle Fusion HCM experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing technical solutions for Data Conversion, HCM Module as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula. The role involves interacting with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes, deriving automation opportunities, and making recommendations to improve the Data Conversion process.

Required Qualifications:

1. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in Canada and must be willing to travel for major milestones.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
3. 10-14 years of overall Information Technology experience.
4. Strong Oracle technology expertise and industry experience in services organizations.
5. 8+ years of work experience in the implementation of Oracle applications from a perspective of Data conversions/Data migrations from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
6. Working knowledge in Oracle Cloud and understanding the process steps.
7. Hands-on experience in Data Migrations and usage of different Oracle templates like FBDI, ADFDI, and Data loader.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Good hands-on experience in SQL and PLSQL.
2. Understand the source system and transform their data into Oracle.
3. Good domain knowledge in any area to enable the runtime configurations.
4. Possess good communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to discuss with business and understand the requirements.
6. Knowledge in Python will be an additional advantage.
7. Should be an effective onsite and offshore coordinator.

Additional Information:
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491
