Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst to support our ERP Program by ensuring seamless system operations, optimizing Oracle ERP modules, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure Oracle ERP modules, and provide functional support to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions within Oracle ERP.
Oracle ERP Configuration & Optimization:
Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules to align with business needs.
Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Functional Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide end-user support and resolve Oracle ERP functional issues.
Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Process Improvement & System Enhancements:
Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
Support ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Testing & Documentation:
Develop and execute test cases for system modifications and upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams to align ERP functionalities with business objectives.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Analyst or similar role in ERP implementation and support.
