Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle EBS Financial / Oracle Cloud modules on the functional side.
Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle Financials.
Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
Liaison with Client team & business and offshore support team.
Prepare support documents, MD50/MD70 for enhancements/ developments.
Participate in Change Management discussion in CAB meetings.
EPM knowledge preferable.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules.
Experience with at least 4-5 end to end Oracle EBS Financials implementation.
Ability to interact with CFO/Accounting Controllers.
Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, FA modules. Oracle Projects knowledge is preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
