We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Functional Finance Analyst - Remote to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Duties:

• Perform functional analysis, configuration changes and testing for Oracle EBS Financial applications including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset in support of an Oracle EBS Upgrade from v12.1.x to v12.2.
• Facilitate sessions with business users on new features and functions in v12.2 to assess impacts to business rules and processes.
• Provide support to technical team on customization retrofits and testing.
• Prepare functional designs for all functional business requirements and provide support to all functional activities.
• Assist all team for feasibility analysis and participate in all development activities and perform tests on data migration.
• Develop training materials and/or videos in support of core user training and end user training.
• Facilitate and support client staff with testing activities.
• Support functional tasks during cutover activities.
• Perform all finance functional activities as defined in the project plan.
• Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall performances.
• Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
• Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.
• Manage and resolve various Oracle applications for all service tickets.
• Perform troubleshoot on all oracle application issues and provide production support and prepare test scripts on all applications and implement all fixes.
• Coordinate with offshore team to ensure quality delivery of all work products.

Required Skills:

• More than eight years of Oracle EBS Finance module experiences.
• Expertized as Oracle Apps Functional Finance Consultant with experience related to Procure to Pay (P2P), Account payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Applications Objects Library (AOL), Order to Cash (O2C) and System Administrator.
• Working experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms Personalization/customization, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer Reports, Oracle workflow, OAF personalization, AOL objects, SQL Loader.
• Experience in interacting with 3rd party company/service providers such as BOFA, Thomson Reuters, PAYPAL for payment gateways and HSBC bank for SEPA credit transfers.
• Rich experience in interacting with Business Analysts and Business Users to gather requirements and documenting Business Requirements.
• Working experience in Oracle database 10g, Procedures/Functions, Triggers and Packages.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work either individually or as a team member/Lead.
• Vast experience in prioritizing & maintaining ‘Clients First’ vision and providing clients with best of value additions, automations, smart ideas, technical improvements and Process improvements.
• Experienced in all aspects of application development life cycle including business requirements, GAP Analysis, functional and technical solution designing, development, user testing (CRP, SIT, UAT etc.), deployment, maintenance and enhancements.
• Configured applications and application modules based on solution design, and designed workaround solutions. Good knowledge on functional analysis, techno-functional analysis on e-business module implementation/enhancements, interfaces, APIs and legacy system conversions.
• Well versed in production Support, data conversions, upgrades, system administration, Change Control, SOX Audit reporting, Disaster Recovery testing.
