About the Role

D&D McWilliams Opticians are a proudly independent practice in Carlisle, Cumbria. We are seeking a full or part-time Optometrist and we can be flexible on hours and location.

This role can also be based at the below two practices:

• Heals Opticians, 90 Main Street, Cockermouth, Cumbria, CA13 9LU
• Heals Opticians, 6 Murray Road, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 2AD

From colourimetry to reduce visual stress to bespoke contact lenses and everything in between, come and join our team.

You’ll be an integral part of our team here and will help us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.

We’re also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs.

• Our test times are 30 minutes
• We have 2 consulting rooms
• Our testing equipment includes OCT, colourimetry, dry eye clinics
• We are a team of 10
• The role requires flexible Saturday working
