Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to handle mailouts, document batching, scanning, and data entry tasks. The role requires a high level of accuracy and speed in entering data, cross-training in other processes, and working with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle and prepare mailouts, batch and scan documents efficiently.
  • Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data as required.
  • Accurately key in paper documents using templates (FATCA and UPS) at a high speed and accuracy level.
  • Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize / Dice) as needed.
  • Work with minimal supervision while meeting data entry speed and accuracy targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer / client information and data entry activities.

Project Description :

  • Project Name : FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
  • Support in ensuring compliance with FATCA regulations by handling and processing relevant documents and data.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of related experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel , Access , and Word .
  • Experience working with RBC Systems or similar online systems.
  • Ability to enter data at a minimum speed of 7000+ keystrokes per hour .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer / client information.
  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test is required.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :

  • Familiarity with additional online systems.
  • Experience working in a compliance-focused environment (FATCA).

Education and Certifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
