WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will:

1. Load and unload containers, materials, and products on trucks or trailers by hand or by forklift truck.
2. Transfer goods, organize the products received, and prepare goods for shipment.
3. Receive grain, corn, and soybeans, and grade by sampling, testing, and weighing the product to ensure quality aligns with GROWMARK’s standards.
4. Be available to work some overnight shifts until about mid-December.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

1. A general knowledge and skills required to safely operate straightforward plant equipment and/or machinery.
2. An understanding of electrical panels.
3. Conversational English skills, with the ability to follow posted safety rules and safe operating procedures; write and make accurate reporting entries, comprehend simple instructions.
