Reporting to the assigned Shift Lead Operations, the Team Leads control and direct all selection, loading, forklift, and support staff to ensure the accurate selection of product to all stores and affiliates. Actively contribute to a positive, productive, and safe working environment.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  1. Provide employees with instruction, information, supervision, and facilities to encourage ongoing safe work practices
  2. Maintain integrity of EXE productivity
  3. Maintain integrity of health and safety checklists and inspections
  4. Participate on the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee as required
  5. Work with Shift Leads and Managers to identify problems and work to make improvements
  6. Comply with all RSC audit expectations (OH&S, etc.)
  7. Contribute to the effectiveness of the RSC’s health and safety program by promoting a safe work culture
  8. Monitor and review all reports and develop strategies for improving RSC productivity
  9. Prompt implementation of new and or revised RSC programs and standards
  10. Ensure all checklists are complete, current, and accurate
  11. Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
  12. Adhere and implement all applicable company safety standards
  13. Promote employee engagement, mission and purpose
  14. Perform special projects and other duties as required

What you have to offer:

  1. Minimum of two years experience in a retail support centre
  2. Certified to operate mobile equipment
  3. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Post Secondary Diploma/Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
