What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and managing site staff.
2. Provide strategic, administrative, and technical expertise to meet departmental and operational needs.
3. Prepare site reports and budgets, ensuring accurate documentation and financial oversight.
4. Implement training programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Act as the main point of contact for operational and contractual matters with clients.

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery at a management level.
2. Relevant experience in Operations Management, specifically within the medical or fire rescue industry.
3. Strong understanding of occupational health management and clinic operations.
4. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5. Fluency in English is required.
