About Us: DUNN is part of the Right Time Group of companies and is the leading Canadian independent heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning ("HVAC") contractor focused on the residential market. Right Time now operates out of 28 locations in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia with over 1,400 employees, and provides preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and replacements of household HVAC units. DUNN requires an energetic, motivated, and career-minded Operations Manager to be responsible for performing sheet metal work for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment installations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and supervise installation and service teams
• Conduct technician ride alongs
• Quality Control
• Assist in Health and Safety Training
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Train new employees
• Assist with installs or service work during high demand periods

Specific Qualifications For The Operations Manager Position Include:

• Ideally 3-5 years experience in Residential HVAC
• Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
• Excellent written skills
• Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities
• Experience with P&L
• Experience with Service Titan
