Operations Manager

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy.
• Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control.
• Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection.
• Administer and enforce policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations.
• Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management.
• Provide advisement and support to the Store Manager with innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary within the range of $80,000-$100,000 CAD, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and the option for DPSP retirement employer contribution and RRSP.
