Director, Enginenering Operations

Job Overview:

You will be a part of the Engineering Operations Enablement in Solutions Engineering group of Arm.

Data Management & Analysis

• Ensure data integrity. Perform data validations, corrections and improvements to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and improve reporting mechanisms.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and data collection.
• Act as a central point of contact for various teams to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of data requests.
• Address concerns promptly and provide regular updates on operational matters to maintain transparency and trust.

Follow-ups & Process Management

• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks, action items, and escalations.
• Supervise progress on key initiatives and maintain accountability across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

This role is ideal for an experienced product or technology manager looking to gain broader product and investment experience.

• You would have completed a university degree in Business/Management with a keen curiosity about technology or a degree in Computer Science or a related field with aspirations to transition into a business management function.
• Experience in technical/program management/operations in the semiconductor industry and productization of silicon devices.
• The capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Effective communication skills, personable, and able to engage at both detailed and high levels.
• The role incumbent shall possess hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) and, ideally, scripting, database, and some programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, Python).
