We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the daily retail, sales, and service operations at our Quispamsis location. If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role and have a background in retail, sales, or service management, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring smooth business flow across departments, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You will work alongside department leads to streamline operations, optimize sales and service performance, and develop a strong, engaged team.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Increasing sales and revenue through strategic retail and service initiatives
- Improving operational efficiency and reducing bottlenecks
- Strengthening customer experience through responsive service and quality control
- Building and leading a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail, sales, and service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments
- Actively engage in sales strategies, promotions, and customer interactions to drive revenue
- Monitor service department performance, optimizing workflow, scheduling, and customer service
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance, customer engagement, and efficiency
- Support inventory management, ordering, and merchandising for optimal retail success
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently
- Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational improvements
- Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, stepping in to assist where needed
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
What We’re Looking For

- Retail, Sales, or Service Management Experience – Previous leadership in a dealership, retail, or service-driven business is a strong asset
- Hands-On Leadership – Leads by example, motivates teams, and engages in daily operations
- Customer-Centric Mindset – Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Operational Efficiency – Skilled at improving processes, workflow, and team productivity
- Strong Sales Acumen – Ability to drive sales growth, promotions, and customer engagement

- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with customers, staff, and leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 – Experience with Excel, reporting, and process tracking
