Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Halifax, NS. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery. They will also be involved in developing and implementing operational strategies to meet business objectives.

• Knowledge of building maintenance and infection control practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Technical skills in facility management software is a plus
