Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Tim Hortons locations within Fergus/Elora, ON. This includes working closely with Restaurant Managers by providing leadership and direction to ensure Tim Hortons standards are met and exceeded.

The Operations Manager will coach Restaurant Managers on all aspects of their restaurants, including business and financial results, effective operations, health and safety, team member engagement, and guest satisfaction. This individual possesses strong financial acumen and business development skills and will have the ability to analyze information such as sales, food & paper, labour, and overhead expenses to determine appropriate solutions for growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of multi-unit operations experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
• Must possess Restaurant Leadership experience
• Guest service skills are key
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company’s and Brand’s operational standards are met
• Excellent leadership skills
• Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
• Financial literacy and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Open availability
