We are working with a leading real estate company with over $2.5B assets under management, focused on a superior level of service and excellent returns. As a real estate company providing investment management and asset management in addition to property, leasing, development, master planning, and strategic advisory services.

The job will be to maintain and operate the Property in a first class manner within the guidelines while providing an excellent working environment for the tenants, customers, and team.

• $90,000 – $95,000

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports to ensure the timely achievement of department goals, within prescribed policies, procedures and standard business practices.
• Manage relations with contractors, vendors, consultants, and facilities maintenance.
• Prepare and implement operating expense and capital budgets.
• Ensure all building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire/life systems, plumbing, and all building related systems are running seamlessly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a managerial position within retail or commercial space.
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC preventative maintenance, and ability to understand building construction drawings.
• Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs.
