Since we were launched in 2002, we’ve expanded to become Western Canada’s premier commercial vehicle outfitter and recognized throughout North America. We owe much of our 22 years of success to the efforts of our smart, efficient, and hardworking team members. As part of our goals for growth, we are looking for a persistent and flexible Operations Manager to assist customers and our admin team.

What You Will Do

• Create a world-class customer experience from the point of sale to the delivery of the product
• Hire, coach, and develop your team
• Project management off-site contractor management
• Manage quality performance and warranties
• Develop and manage the operations plan and budget

Your Experience

• Operations Manager experience 10+ years
• Customer Facing Experience 10+ years
• Strong computer skills including experience with ERP's, Inventory systems, Work Orders & Excel
• Automotive Mechanical or 12V or 120V Electrical Experience Hands-on experience
• Familiar with NSM + CMVSS Vehicle Certification Process
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Drivers License, can drive Big Vans
