As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence across our services.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage resources efficiently, and ensure that all projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience, managing the team, and optimizing the processes for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  2. Oversee scheduling, coordination, and dispatch of service technicians.
  3. Manage inventory and equipment to ensure job readiness and minimize downtime.
  4. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth project flow from inquiry to completion.
  5. Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Develop and track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Manage budgets, including operational expenses and resource allocation.
  9. Handle vendor relations and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
  10. Foster a positive and productive work environment, coaching and supporting team members.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
  2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience with project management, scheduling, and dispatch systems.
  5. Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards is an asset.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software (experience with Jobber is a plus) and other operational tools.
  8. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  9. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
  10. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
