Operations Executive – 1-Year Contract

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $45,000

Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension)

Are you a highly organized, results-driven professional looking to grow in both sales and operations? This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in business operations while driving sales efforts in the tech and immigration space.

What You'll Do:

• Operations & Process Improvement: Support daily operations, develop SOPs, and assist in customer support functions.
• Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Lead Qualification & CRM Management: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and track performance metrics in the CRM.
• Market Research & Strategy: Research industry trends and prospect opportunities to optimize sales outreach.
• Presentation & Documentation: Create professional PowerPoint presentations and manage documents using Google Workspace.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to streamline business processes.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent post-secondary graduate (must meet IRAP YEP eligibility)
• Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Refugee status
• Experience in operations, administrative, or sales roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Doc, Sheets, Slides)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
