Operations Coordinator

SAND FORK, WV

Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Schedule: 8a - 5p M-F

Salary: $18+ DOE

** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Operations Coordinator Job Duties:

AP Invoice Management:

  1. Code invoices and communicate to the AP department
  2. Scan picking slips to the Corp share folder

Purchase Order Receipts:

  1. Receipt Non-Stock supplies
  2. Receipt Raw material (Sawdust)
  3. Receipt Packaging Material

Human Resources Coordination:

  1. Work with senior HR staff on all initiatives, including but not limited to: Onsite HR support, New Employee Onboarding support, Payroll support, Timeclock support, general HR recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordination

Daily Reporting:

  1. Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory (Build assemblies)

Month End Close:

  1. Support the finance department on all month-end close procedures, including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management.

Shipping:

  1. Printing BOLs/Picking slips
  2. Reconciling BOLs and doing the ship all function in Sage
  3. Communicating BOLs with the AR Dept. for invoicing
  4. Signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.

Other Administrative Support:

  1. Provide support to the PM and the safety program
  2. Update daily reports as assigned
  3. Postal mail and daily package distribution
  4. Other assigned duties

Operations Coordinator Job Requirements:

  1. High School degree required
  2. Above average skills in communication, both oral and written
  3. Above average skills in organization and attention to detail
  4. Demonstrates ability to work as a team and effectively manage through others
  5. Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multitask
  6. Previous experience in manufacturing office, and/or accounting, preferred
