Operations Coordinator Job Duties:
AP Invoice Management:
Code invoices and communicate to the AP department
Scan picking slips to the Corp share folder
Purchase Order Receipts:
Receipt Non-Stock supplies
Receipt Raw material (Sawdust)
Receipt Packaging Material
Human Resources Coordination:
Work with senior HR staff on all initiatives, including but not limited to: Onsite HR support, New Employee Onboarding support, Payroll support, Timeclock support, general HR recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordination
