To support its growth in Canada, Mann+Hummel is looking to welcome an exceptional talent to join its team in the role of Director of Operations and Sales. Primarily based at the Trois-Rivières plant, this individual will also oversee operations at the Montreal and Toronto plants, in addition to managing sales across the Canadian market.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Relevant university degree (engineering or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years in team management.
- Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory bilingualism, given the international context.
- Solid technical knowledge of automated equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
Working Conditions
- Highly competitive salary scale (over $100,000 depending on experience).
- Regular visits (once per month) to the Montreal and Toronto facilities required.
- Annual vacation weeks calculated based on experience.
